After a couple of postponements, I will (fingers crossed!) finally be running the London Marathon in October this year and am very proud to be supporting a cause that means a lot to me. 

Bowel Disease UK funds and conducts research into finding a cure for Bowel Cancer, as well as Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, working with St. George’s Hospital, London. They are a small charity and rely on crowd-funding and fundraising efforts to fund this important research.

All income generation and administration for the charity is managed without salaried or paid employees meaning that the majority of funds are directed to research projects and front line services: https://www.boweldisease.org.uk/
