As has become customary around this time of year, my friends and I are preparing for another charity challenge in order to raise crucial funds for a cause close to all our hearts - The Butterfly AVM Charity.

On the 5th of October, twelve young men dressed as butterflies will make the journey to South London and charge into an extremely gruelling 10km-long obstacle course run by Rough Runner. It's safe to say we aren't confident we will all make it this time!

You can enjoy our failed attempts on the day (05/10/19) at Morden Park and any donations no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated!
