Over the past 10 years, Bang has secured a firm foundation amongst York's rich heritage of independent businesses and we are ever grateful for the support of our awesome team of Bangsters, the best clients and friends who are very much a part of our bang tribe and so many others that have helped us along the way.
We are marking our 10th 'bangiversary' by hosting the mother of all bang parties at York's De Grey Rooms on Saturday October 14th. We have a wealth of local talent lined up to entertain on the night including one of the UK's hottest new bands - 'HELLO OPERATOR', and serious jams (old-skool and new) of the highest order will be played by a selection of our favourite DJ's - Paul Beckett, Dan Guest, Gary Brown & Mark Bate.
The event has a limited number of places with a ticket price of £10, which includes a complimentary reception drink, a goody bag and automatic entry into our raffle with prizes including ghd styling tools, free hairdressing services and lots more. Tickets can be bought from either of our salons or you can email info@banghair.co.uk for information on other ways to purchase. Every penny of your money will be going direct to our chosen charities.
We want you all to party with us, however, we appreciate that not everyone can make it, so help us raise as much funds as possible for these two amazing causes by donating to one of our #BANG10 justgiving pages.
This page will donate to St. Leonard's Hospice or visit justgiving.com/bang10yorkmind to support our other chosen charity - York Mind
PLUS... ANY DONATION ON OUR JUSTGIVING PAGES WILL GIVE YOU AUTOMATIC ENTRY INTO THE RAFFLE ON THE NIGHT.
Here's a little info about our two causes:
St. Leonard's Hospice - an independent charity, providing specialist palliative care and support for local people with life limiting illnesses. The care is free to patients and their families, but not free to provide. As a charity they rely heavily on the generosity of the public to help raise just over the £5 million it costs each year to run St Leonard’s Hospice.
and York Mind - an independent provider of high quality mental health services in York and it's surrounding areas. Their wide range of services help individuals as they recover from a variety of mental health conditions to achieve outcomes that will progress them towards recovery, social inclusion and integration in mainstream activity such as learning, volunteering or employment.
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and if we don't see you on the dance floor, we'd love to see your name on here.
Peace, love and beautiful hair,
Sarah, Jon and the Bang Team xxx
