We support young people to overcome barriers

Story

Construction Youth Trust helps young people aged 16-30 facing social or economic barriers to build better futures by giving them access to training, education and employment.

They work with

  • young people not in education/employment/training (NEET), without the financial means to access training or who are under-employed
  • young offenders/at risk of offending
  • homeless/vulnerably housed individuals
  • groups which are under-represented in construction (e.g. BAME communities and women)

Their range of programmes includes Budding Builders courses providing practical construction skills training (tiling, bricklaying carpentry, painting etc.), employability coaching, accredited qualifications, work placements and support to enter employment or further training.

When donating please put your team name and company name into the 'leave a message' field. This way when you come to the registration desk on the day we will know you have already donated.

Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
