On Sunday 1 September 2019 members of the Bar of Northern Ireland will be again tackling the gruelling Laganside 10K.  

This time we will be raising much needed funds for the Bar of Northern Ireland's Charity of the Year for 2019/2020, Helping Hand.

Helping Hand, charity to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children works to improve the experience of those children and their families who have to visit and stay in the hospital.
