Early Break is a charity based in Greater Manchester and supports young people and families. The charity started life in a garden shed at the bottom of their founder’s garden in 1994. A teacher at the time, she set up a helpline for young people to ring if they needed some help or advice about drugs and alcohol. 

The demand was there from the start and the service has grown and
evolved over 24 years and now offers many different services for young people and families such as one to one advocacy support, help for families, counselling, emotional health & wellbeing groups, holistic therapies, training and mindfulness.
