My Nan was my absolute best friend and I miss her so much! This will be my 7th Year doing the Mendip challenge - 30 miles over the mendips in Somerset, it's truly horrid & a real mental challenge. But this time I will be attempting to 'run' (more like jog!) a good portion of it with my friend James.... this is going to be one mighty challenge indeed!

At Weston Hospicecare, our team of palliative care experts is dedicated to working together to provide specialist support. Our social, emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical care helps guide people through one of the most difficult experiences they will ever face. With only 20% of our funding coming from the NHS, we have to raise £4 million each year to fund our care - something that's only made possible by our community.
