After a road accident that I had when I was fifteen, I spent 11 days in a coma. I was left with a serious brain injury and some physical disabilities. The driver who hit me was unharmed. Due to the brain injury, I need to have guidance and support just to help me get by in my day-to-day life.
Since my accident I’ve had inspiration from listening to music and I have even met my favourite artist, James Morrison.
I have been able to express my emotion through writing my own words initially as poetry and later as lyrics for my own material. I’ve decided to raise money for Ronald McDonald House - Bristol, the charity that helped my family stay near me while I was in hospital by giving them a place to stay in next to the hospital, free of charge.
I’m planning to raise the money for this charity by selling a CD’s of my own songs and doing lots of fun fund raising activities. I am extremely grateful to be here to be able to give what I can back.
Thanks for your time and support.
