We like to think that this isn’t a day about just us, but a celebration of everyone that has been involved in our lives so far. As such, the best gift you can give is your time and love.

Emily and Ben have both taken an active role in helping their friend Erin and the team to provide services and support for people who have lost loved ones to cancer. It is a young and small, but rapidly growing, charity that would benefit from every penny you can spare. Many people "go quiet" when their bereaved friends and family need them most - The Loss Foundation provides groups, retreats and support to help people at the most difficult time.
