Kick 4 life are a fantastic charity whose work I have followed from their inception- my friend Steve is a founder of the charity, along with his brother, and they do an incredible job. This will be a massive challenge for me, after knee surgery in 2017 stopped my running altogether, but this is also a great opportunity and focus for the rest of this year.
