AnxietyArch campaign by the Architects Benevolent Society is all about raising awareness of their mental health support and encouraging people to talk about mental wellbeing. Exercise and Nutrition has a profound impact on our mental health and general wellbeing. Both Ricky and myself thought what better way to raise awareness of this, than cycling over 900 miles from the southern tip of the country at Lands End, all the way to John O Groats (almost to the edge of the Arctic Circle).
