We fund vital medical equipment and support to improve life for sick children in Sussex

Story

I've signed up to dangle myself out of the i360, Brighton's 162m (530ft) tall observation tower. They'll open up the pod doors and from there I'll do a LONG manual abseil down the the beach below.

This is the first time they're allowing people to do it!

The iDrop abseil event supports the Trevor Mann Baby Unit through Rockinghorse. The TMBU has become one of the foremost centres for treating premature and sick newborn babies and has dramatically improved survival rates. Over 600 babies are treated at the unit every year and Rockinghorse work closely with the TMBU team to support them by providing the vital equipment they need for their life-saving work.

With your support, Rockinghorse aim to provide TMBU with new Digital Radiography equipment allowing doctors to take X-rays of preterm babies at a lower radiation and get instant X-ray images.

I'm in the first group, we'll be dangled out from 08:30 on April 28th!

There's only 30 people doing it and whoever raises the most gets to jump out first, so please don't be too generous or else it'll be me!
