Dementia has and still is affecting the lives of my loved ones.  Every day brings a new challenge for people I care about and I want to support them by challenging myself to run 1000 miles this year through a mixture of running marathons, taking part in triathlons and more! Raising money for this charity is very important to me and my family and I would appreciate anything anyone can donate.
