So after taking on Death Valley in 2015, I have decided to set myself a bigger target and even more challenges to raise vital funds for an amazing charity and raise awareness of this life changing condition.

I became aware of Stroke Association after I was passed some leaflets on stroke and the causes after my dad suffered a minor TA on Boxing Day in 2010 which lead him to lose his sight for half an hour.  I have never been so worried of what could happen and what the future would hold. 

Since then, I have been raising funds for this outstanding charity and this year with me turning 30 I have pushed the boat out and set myself to raise £5,000.

The challenges which I have already signed up to are the following:

1. Hampton Court Half Marathon - 19th February
2. Palace Half Marathon - 19th March
3. New Forest Spring Sportive - 9 April
4. SkyDive - To be done at some point in May
5. Cycle London - 30th July 
6. Cycle Grand Canyon - 7 - 15 October 2016

I also have plans to do a dual and triathlon but currently looking at what months to fit them in, with another four spaces to fill.

Therefore if you are able to spare a few pounds for this excellent charity it would be appreciated and help the Stroke Association conquer stroke and offer the vital support to individuals and families affected by this life changing condition.
