Hi Everyone!

In July 2010, I am off on an expedition to Costa Rica and Nicaragua with a charity called Raleigh that works with young people from all backgrounds and nationalities including those disadvantaged or "at risk" to help them to make a positive contribution and achieve personal and social development.  They achieve this by engaging young people (i.e. me!) in worthwhile community, environment and adventure projects which help those people living in the developing countries such as Costa Rica.  Your donations do not just go towards me galavanting around the world for fun, a Raleigh expedition is serious work and we are going to some real good both for the environment and local communities.  Many people do not know that donations to Raleigh also help disadvantaged young people in the UK to join an expedition with fund raisers like myself and share in this amazing experience.
