Pedal London to Paris 2016, 01 Sep 2016

 In September I and 300 others will be cycling the 290 miles (470 kms) from London to Paris for The Royal British Legion. This is an amazing event to raise much needed money to support their vital welfare work supporting the Armed Forces community. The Royal British Legion provides welfare to the whole Armed Forces family – serving, ex-Service and their dependants. 

The Royal British Legion spend £1.4 million a week providing practical, emotional and financial support to the Armed Forces community. Whether it's families coping with the loss of a loved one; handy van services for veterans; money and careers advice for service leavers or residential care: they are there to help.

Day 1 London - Dover - Calais  - 80 miles (129 kms)
Day 2 Calais - Abbeville             - 80 miles (129 kms)
Day 3 Abbeville - Beauvais       - 70 miles (114 kms)
Day 4 Beavais - Paris                - 60 miles  (98 kms)
