Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. As many of you know, I run 3/4 times a week, often before dawn. Recently, I've been shocked at the number of homeless people that I run past who are sleeping on the streets, even when the temperature is sub-zero.

I want to help during the festive period, so I'm setting myself the challenge of running 5k every day in December - rain, snow or shine! I'm going to be raising money for Glass Door.

Glass Door runs London’s largest emergency winter night shelter network, providing a safe, warm place to sleep in partnership with churches across West London. Although Christmas this year is likely to look different for us, some people will be facing Christmas without a home. The Glass Door Christmas Appeal aims to raise £123,876. Throughout December, this could provide about 90 guests with their own room and meals every day/night, and a hot meal for 120 people every evening at the Glass Door community dinner service.
