The Blaenau Gwent Exercise Referral team are going to be embarking on a mammoth challenge from their homes. Between the team of 4 they will be taking on the summit of Mount Everest on their stairs.

Standing at 29,029 feet above sea level, this is the equivalent to 3781 flights of stairs (15 steps per flight). At the moment we are all going through difficult times but wanted to raise money for our local charity Hospice of the Valleys because they are still on the front line doing wonderful things!

The challenge takes place on 7th May and will be available to follow live on Facebook via the BG Exercise Referral Page and BGLife page.
