Once again I am raising money for the British Heart Foundation. I have been doing their London to Brighton ride for a few years as it was an interesting and enjoyable challenge.

Last year however the charity became a lot more relevant to me as my Father in Law Alastair passed away due to a heart condition. He was only 60 and his death was completely unexpected.

I hope that raising money for the BHF in memory of Alastair will help them prevent other families going through this horrible situation.

I am doing 4 rides this year totalling 277 miles:

London to Brighton 16th June
London 100 4th August
Nightrider Paris 21st September
