A brain tumour recently struck down our colleague Chris Milner. Amongst many other things he was a tireless volunteer for the Society of Underwater Technology. I had a place in the Great North Run so this is a just cause to restart running. 15 years ago I ran for this charity so I know  how they help. The little girl that I was running for then is still alive, because of their involvement with patients and relatives alike. Sadly Chris was not so lucky. I stopped running three years ago, so my challenge is to get to 13.1 mile fitness in 5 weeks. Please help me fund this brilliant charity in memory of Chris.
