On Sunday 10th of September I'll be running the Great North Run in support of WVS - Care For Dogs. 

Having spent time with the charity last year I have seen first hand the massive difference made to the lives of the street dog (and cat) population in Chiang Mai through their veterinary training program, their spay & neuter program and ongoing care for over 120 dogs.

'No donation too small'

It's always true but especially so in this case as the funds raised will be spent in Thailand where a donation of £10 covers the costs of neutering a dog or cat whilst £5 will feed an animal for a week.
