This Christmas we're inviting you to join us in our 12 Days of Christmas Challenge - for just £12 - £1 a day for every day of the challenge (please feel free to give more if you can).

1 in 7 women in Britain will be diagnosed with breast cancer - out of our team of nine teachers, two are currently undergoing treatment, as well as many others we know and love, so it's a cause very close to our hearts.

Around a quarter of cases are preventable - but sadly not all. Many women (and men too) will be diagnosed through no fault of their own. But studies have shown that by making changes to your lifestyle you can reduce your chances of getting breast cancer significantly. Breast Cancer UK uses the latest academic research on breast cancer prevention to provide guidance on how to reduce your risk.

It’s time to get fit, have fun, relax and laugh and raise money to help prevent breast cancer. A woman is diagnosed with breast cancer every 10 mins. And your support can make a huge difference.

The challenge starts on the 12th of December and finishes with our funky festive celebratory flow at 9am on Friday 24th December.

Not only will you be bringing a little sparkle to those who need it most at Christmas, but this challenge will mean YOU say goodbye to 2021 on a HIGH! Yoga makes you fitter mentally and physically, healthier and happier in body and mind.
