So here is the plan.......

To cycle 5 capital cities, 5 countries in 5 days.
Edinburgh, Belfast, Dublin, Cardiff and London.

Day 1 Edinburgh to Stranraer, Day 2 Belfast to Dublin, Day 3 Dublin to Rosslare, Day 4 Fishguard to Cardiff, and finishing with a massive 175 miler, Day 5 Cardiff to London

Now why are we doing it....... for a laugh and a challenge!! One other reason is to raise awareness of Cardiomyopathy , the heart muscle disease. One of our friends was taken from us after I had played rugby with him one night in Liverpool. It was a shock he was gone and all due to an un-diagnosed problem with his heart. 

So please donate in the knowledge that you will be helping people who may not know they have a problem and, also, in knowing that I and others will be suffering in the saddle!!
