The Bobath Wales COAST-TO-COAST challenge is a 4 day, 400 mile cycle ride between Fishguard, West Wales, to Broadstairs in Kent. Starting on Thursday 1st and finishing on Sunday 4th September 2016

Full trip participants - currently Glyn Williams, Paul Burley, Shane Eve, Chris Fluck & Ben Robbins - will be expected to dip the wheel of their bike in the sea at the start of the challenge and again at the end - a swim as well is optional & hopefully sea water will help heal any saddle sores! 

Day participants are also welcome to join the challenge - either all the way or on selected days - full details of route and 'prospective' times will be sent where requested. 

The reason behind support of Bobath is the difference it makes to Children with Cerebral Palsy. This challenge is dedicated to Rosie Williams who has suffered since birth and who will suffer throughout her life. She has already received fantastic help and support from Bobath Wales and will require such assistance for many years to come - maybe this will become an annual challenge, who knows!.
