hi guys and girls,  im doing a one year body transformation challenge 

with all donations going to macmillan cancer support,   its such a worthwile cause, without those nurses  many families would be helpless with a loved one who is loosing their battle to cancer

challenge will be starting on 01/01/2013 and will end on 31/12/2013
