How to enter:
- Each entry costs £1; however the minimum donation through justgiving is £2.00;
- For each £1 donated you get 1 entry into the draw, so donating £5 gets you 5 entries, a £10 donation = 10 entries, etc;
- When you hit the "donate" button you will be given a selection of donation amounts however you can enter your own amount by clicking in the donation box (don't forget, minimum is £2 through justgiving website);
**IMPORTANT - Please email mark.avis@outlook.com using BCRAFFLE in the subject heading giving your name, donation amount and contact number. JustGiving does not pass on contact details if you have opted out of providing that information and selected "No" to future contact**
- Each entry is assigned a number in order of donation; and
- Your details will only be used in relation to the raffle. Thank you.
**PLEASE NOTE: Gift aid cannot be claimed on donations made in return for raffle tickets- please don’t tick the Gift Aid box when donating.
- Entries for the raffle will close at 4:00pm on Saturday 9th September at BorderCamp 2017;
- The raffle will then take place at 4:30pm (announcements that the raffle draw is about to start will be relayed over the public address system);
- If a ticket is drawn by an existing winner, then the winner will decide to either keep the allocated prize or request another ticket be drawn (again, any announcements of this sort will be made over the public address system);
- Each entrant is responsible for monitoring their e-mail account for the prize notification or other communications related to this raffle, as well as checking this page after the draw date to see if they have won, so don't forget to check back;
- If a potential prize winner cannot be reached within fifteen (15) days, of the draw, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undelivered, that prize winner shall forfeit the prize; and
- a full list of prize winners will appear here on Tuesday 12th September or a list can be emailed to individuals.
