I'm rejecting middle age and taking on a half-marathon. This is much further than I have ever run before or indeed than I ever expected that I would want to run. I'm also really happy to be able to do this and give something back by running for a great charity: Allergy UK.

As a family we have been affected by allergies, particularly my daughter, Amy, who lives with a life threatening nut allergy and has done since she was very small. I'm grateful for any contribution that you can make to help me return the support that we have had in dealing with allergies and hopefully together we can help with making the lives of people with allergies better in the future.
