It has been two years since my last organised 'run', so I have pretty much forgotten how horrific they are and decided to sign up for a 10k straight run around an Indonesian volcano, Bromo. Yes, I have done the wolf run before which was also 10k, but it very kindly put in numerous obstacles to mean I didn't have to just run. This time it I need to go for 10k without walking (cue manic laughter) through hills and around a volcano! 
It is also the 5th anniversary of my Dad's passing, so I thought this would be a great time to bring out some more good from this tragedy. The in memory page for my Dad is currently over £3,000, which is amazing. Perhaps we can push it closer to £4,000....

I'm off now to watch Dante's Peak, Volcano and 2012 so I can work out what to expect :P
