In my youth I had the experience of spending time with a group of terminally ill children who came to visit us from Eastern Europe. The children's families had saved everything they had to send them to Barry Island and my Squadron came to support them.

Now having children myself I see the importance of making dreams come true. But how hard is this when the child is ill. Help to support this worthy cause. 

Dreams & Wishes is a charity dedicated to helping seriously ill children by making their dreams and wishes come true.

I was given the idea of turning my new hobby into something that can help (Thanks Steven). My new found passion for running was born from the idea that I needed to get healthy to be there more for my family. Now I am trying to help others.
