34 Young adults in their 20s and 30s are diagnosed with cancer everyday in the UK and more than 140,000 currently live with cancer and its effects, yet Teenage and Young Adults Services finish once a patient reaches 25.

Trekstock exists to give patients a better chance of living well through and beyond cancer, by equipping them with the tools they need to get moving again physically, socially and psychologically.

Trekstock remains a small cancer support charity based in London, and the group of us at CAF are delighted to working with working with and supporting this excellent cause, helping to change the experience for young adults living through and beyond cancer.

The CAF Philanthropy Division, colleagues and friends have taken on the challenge of completing a 10 mile urban trek across London on Giving Tuesday.

All donations will be much appreciated. All funds raised will go towards the amazing work that Trekstock does.
