Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Saturday 4th July 2015, 250 Camden School for Girls pupils, family, alumni and staff will be setting out to run a 5km loop around Regents Park. With your generous help, we are aiming to raise money to buy new interactive technology to replace the ailing white boards in as many classrooms as possible. Our school has suffered terrible cuts in the last four years, and funding to keep our facilities well maintained, let alone cutting edge, are few and difficult to come by. We intend our Fun Run exploits will go some way to addressing this.

No doubt some runners will be sporting St Trinian's style costumes.  Impressive as well as slothful race times will be achieved. But Camden Girls fun is sure to be had!

Not running? Don't worry - you can still help! Click here to make a donation to support IT at Camden School for Girls.

About the charity

We are a London school set up in 1871 with a long tradition of providing excellent education & opportunities for all pupils (including boys in the 6th Form) within the state system. We want to continue to do so in the face of reductions in government funding, prioritising our science labs and ICT.
