Story
Last year I took part in a trek in the Himalayas and raised around £6,000 for Dogs for the Disabled - a pioneering charity that trains assistance dogs for children and adults with physical disabilities, and families with a child with autism.
I am hoping to secure a place in next year's London Marathon to raise even more money for this fantastic charity, and in preparation for this I have signed up for the Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2012.
To encourage and support my training over the next 12 months, I hope that I can raise a little money by my particpiation in this event. I would be more than grateful if you could sponsor just a couple of £s for me to complete the Cardiff Half Marathon - and maybe save a few extra £s of sponsorship for the London Marathon in 2013!
