As many people will know, 2013 has been a really tough year for those close to me, and for me personally. Though things will still be hard for a long time, I wanted to do something positive to help others that have to suffer in the future. Having done a 5km run, I thought I would step it up and rise to the challenge of 10km. I'll be running for Macmillan Cancer Support on Father's Day 2014 with my Dad... probably a few paces behind him.
