Singing our way through the coronavirus lockdown of 2020 kept us amused and a growing number of Facebook friends entertained. Our seventeen songs are now a musical diary depicting the evolution of the pandemic week by week. 

We started lockdown singing new words to pieces of music we'd sung before. As the weeks went by and we looked more widely for songs to suit the developing situation, a number of songs are our own new four part arrangements. Barbershop, the musicals, a madrigal, a TV theme tune, a protest song and pop, folk and rock songs all feature! We learned and recorded a new song each Sunday evening, never quite perfecting our performance, but having increasing fun through the weeks with the filming. Things were much easier once we no longer depended on the consistency of our internet connection for keeping in time with each other!
