On the 24th June, dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. 34 days later cancer won and stole him away from us.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the worst cancers you can get because you do not know you have it until it's spread to other organs (in my dads case his liver).

Survival statistics for this cancer have not got any better in the last 40 years because it is so hard to detect early. 

So we would like to raise money to help fund research for pancreatic cancer.. This is instead of anyone buying flowers for dad.

They couldn't save my dad but together we could help save someone else's...

So many people loved dad and the support we have received has been truly overwhelming.
