Catching Lives Books occupies the most photographed building in Canterbury after the Cathedral! The Crooked House (also known as Sir John Boys House) is a delightfully skewed 17th century half-timbered three story building at the extreme end of Palace Street. We have a huge range of second-hand and collectable books and run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers. Our stock comes entirely from donations and we welcome all used books in good condition, and we can come and collect if you give us a ring.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
