Some of you may know that my wonderful dad passed away last week. The last month was a tough time for our whole family but it was made so much more bearable by the amazing ‘end of life’ care that he received at Oakhaven. The staff were amazing and we were able to keep making memories right up to the end. 

I’ve trained really hard for London this year and tried to listen to my dads wise words. It’s  so sad that he won’t be there to see me run it but hopefully I can raise some money in his memory. This will help Oakhaven to continue to support Patients and families at a really difficult time.
