Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

It's hard to believe sometimes, that just down the road from this lovely, leafy part of Cheshire where I am privileged enough to live, there are children who's lives are vastly different from my own lucky kids.  Children who may have some disability or learning difficulty. Children from under-privileged homes, chaotic backgrounds or who are terminally ill.

It's been my pleasure to support CAFT for a number of years now - by attending events, supporting activities and by Chairing 2020, a business networking group who donate generous amounts of money each year to the charity. Every-time I visit I am blown away by the difference they make each week to thousands of kids in this area. They are only tiny...but their impact is BIG.

Climbing Kilimanjaro to raise funds for CAFT will be amazing.  A personal challenge, time with my son Matthew who will turn 21 at the top and an opportunity to raise a large amount of money ( gulp!) for a charity I love.

Your donation will be much appreciated and gratefully received.  Thank you thank you thank you.

Please visit www.caft.co.uk to find out more about the charity and watch out for events and activities taking place over the next 18 months to help Matthew and I reach our target of £7300.00.  And share if you can.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
