Who are we?

We are 'Against All Odds'. The name represents our desire to show the difficulties that refugees are faced with, both socially and politically (and also it's a good Phil Collins song). The team members are:

Conor Hodges - I'm a first year History student at UCL. Likes: books. 80s music. Long walks on the beach. I'm glad to be helping such a great cause and having a unique experience along the way.

Corina Pirleci - Hey! I am a second year ESPS student at UCL. I love concerts, history, and films. But there is nothing more amazing for me than helping those in need, especially in a time of political instability.

What are we doing, and why?

We are really delighted to be fundraising with UCLU RAG Society for Breaking Barriers. We believe in a world where the main values are unity and acceptance. It may sound idyllic, but the real change comes within us. Hence, we are hoping that our goal will be achieved and you guys will help us with our journey.

We'll post updates throughout the travel, and you are welcome to suggest challenges for us to complete alongside your donation.
