We research cures for childhood cancers to ensure that more children survive!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page,

This challenge is the biggest yet! On the 17th to the 18th of March I will be taking part in the biggest fundraising event in the Uni calendar: Jailbreak!

The aim is to get as far away from University as possible in 30 hours, and previous victors have gone as far as Singapore, Los Angeles or Budapest. I want to make my mark on this awesome event, and I need your help to do it.

I will be raising money for Kidscan, a children's charity which specialises in getting children with cancer the right specialised treatment for them, as adult treatment is far too severe and can cause lasting effects on the body for those who aren't biologically able to take it. In other words, the cancer will be cured, but the child in question will be left will incurable side effects for the rest of their life, something that could have been avoided if they'd had the correct treatment.

Hence why I called my just giving page 'Take some time to change someone's world' because with a small donation, it really could make the difference to someone's entire future and their world.

I hope you feel inspired to follow my progress and contribute even a little to this cause, thank you!
