Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I do a talk about a remarkable woman called Irene Gut Opdyke. She was a rescuer of Jews during the holocaust and the subject of the play 'Irena's Vow' the Dan Gordon's Broadway play that I brought to the UK.

I'm donating all my speaker fees for 2017-18 to the #savethemidwife campaign.

We are UK midwives, students and others working for the best possible maternity care. We believe in women's rights to make informed birth choices and to be supported by autonomous, empowered midwives. We have many local groups in the UK and overseas and hold excellent study days and conferences.
