Sound Coach are encouraging people to get fit, do their bit and #DonateYourSweat in aid of this years BBC Children In Need campaign & Families First, by taking part in our unique charity workout challenge.

“The average brit spends over £37,000 in their lifetime on fitness products and fads. But imagine if we could help people get fit & helps others all at the same time. The #DonateYourSweat workout, is the next in a unique workout series from Sound Coach, encouraging participants to get fit & help others at the same time.”

This unique workout is going to be given away for free via streaming platforms & participants will be encouraged to donate money for taking part to the official #DonateYourSweat Just Giving page or pay for the download via iTunes, Google Play etc. The full workout will be 20 minutes long, split up into 4 levels (beginner, intermediate, hard & brutal).

Not only can this workout benefit the charity appeal, it can also make a real difference to people’s lives who do it, and help get the nation fit. Existing Sound Coach workouts have been done all over the world with incredible feedback so it only seems fair to try and raise some money for BBC Children In Need 2016 & Families First from the success.

You can get involved after the release by streaming the workout via Spotify or paying for the digital download via all main digital music platforms. 100% of the revenue is going to be donated to appeal.
