Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For those of you that know me well, you’ll know that I successfully underwent several months of chemo and radiotherapy after being diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma 13 years ago. Since then I have brought 2 beautiful little girls into the world and have never looked back…. I know I am one of the lucky ones.

So after an 8 year break (since running the Flora London Marathon in 2007) I am at it again, and have signed up for The Surrey Half. I have decided to run for Kingston. Can again as the Sir William Rous Unit at Kingston Hospital includes a palliative care clinic, complementary therapy suit and provides outpatient chemo managed by The Royal Marsden and Macmillian Cancer Support. We're incredibly lucky to have this local unit and they need all the donations they can to support this wonderful place. I had to travel all the way to Charring Cross Hospital for my treatment.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
