"Charlie's water Ski Challenge" will cross the Irish Sea from Fishguard, Wales to Rosslaire, Ireland in a 4 person relay. To the Team's knowledge, this has never been achieved before, so hopefully they will set a new  World Record!

The challenge will require perfect weather and sea conditions, and even then, it will still require significant guts and determintation from the team to succeed! The team's original attempt on the 3rd September 2011 was postponed due to unsuitable conditions. The new date for the challange is currently 22nd October 2011.

The team has already started their training, and are actively working on fine tuning their schedule with water ski and fitness consultants. Each of the skier...s will be training towards being able to ski for 30 minutes at a speed of 22 mile per hour.

Many people have stated that this challenge is utter madness and some have said it is not achievable! The team are taking this challenge very seriously in terms of safety and preparation. They want to succeed! This will require a major commitment and sacrifice by them for the next 3 months to be ready for the challenge!

Please support the team achieve the fund raising target for this fantastic cause!
