My dad was a hero and sadly he lost his battle with cancer in March this year! Im doing the pretty muddy 5k in july in honour of my Dad. You never realise how destroying this disease is to a family until you, as a family are in this situation. Seeing them be so strong, to go so weak in such a short time then to watch them take their final breath on this earth is something that you never forget.

He battled so bravely with this nasty cruel disease along with so many other people & their families.

 Throughout the illness,  he fought so hard.. He was a true inspiration to anyone & whatever was thrown at him he took it on the chin without even a grumble! He's was such a strong brave man, i called him a LionHeart! The strongest person I know, inside and out he is an absolute hero!! 

Cancer is a horrible, horrible disease that destroys people's life's. It's time they found a cure so no one has to go through the same anymore & watch their loved ones suffer. I've never known anything so horrific as watching your loved ones & family go through this!!
