Story

The Cheshire Woman of the Year began in 1985 to establish and recognise the hard work and dedication of the women within the old boundaries of Cheshire.  These are not necessarily public figures but women from every walk of life who have achieved, either outstanding professional success, shown personal courage or given considerable service to the community and are often unsung heroines.  This award is the perfect opportunity for providing truly worthy women with the recognition they deserve - recognition they might never otherwise receive.  For many years the NSPCC has been the beneficiary of any money raised at the event. All monies raised is given to support the NSPCC's services for children and young people in Cheshire. All donations through this site will go directly to the NSPCC. If you would like anymore information on the Cheshire Woman of the Year then please email info@cheshirewomanoftheyear.co.uk
