We at fempower.tech would like to work with CHI organisers, CHI leaders, and the broader CHI community to help turn the conference into a more diversity and feminist friendly space. To do that, we’ve got a few things planned to make feminisms and diversity more visible, but also to create tangible artefacts that illustrate feelings people have towards CHI. One part of our attempts to support the diversification of CHI includes raising money for Planned Parenthood. 

We will be setting up shop around the conference to encourage donations in exchange for a few "pixels" on a cross stitch piece that will spell out the Planned Parenthood Logo in lots of different colours. If you cannot attend the event, you can donate 1USD and we'll stitch a pixel for you!
