I am running up the height of each of the highest peaks in each continent plus the highest peak in the solar system. This is 68,318 vertical metres: 28,466 flights of stairs or 341,590 stairs. 

The only rules are I have to run up the stairs and I have to run every day. It's going to be painful and it's going to take months so please give generously and I'll keep going.

I am raising money for Leeds Children's Hospital. One of our friends daughters has recently finished a long stay there so it is a charity close to our hearts.
