Me and a few good mates are doing a sponsored walk from Tynecastle Stadium in Edinburgh > Ibrox stadium Glasgow roughly 50 miles all in raising money for SAMH (scottish association for mental health ) charity 

 The last year or so has been extremely difficult for many people across the country with the pandemic  people struggling with their mental heallth and don't know how to access help and don't want to speak up about it. I believe that a lot more needs done for all the men and woman struggling across the country it is a very serious thing and is no joke having struggled myself the past few years being in the darkest places and struggling to find a way out of it, without the support of friends and family  I doubt I will be where I am just now and remember ITS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY but please DON'T suffer in silent speak up! we all need to be in this together and stand up for mental health as it definetly does matter.
