St Catherine's Hospice is where my Uncle sadly passed away on Christmas day 2018 this is the main reason it is my chosen charity for all my events in 2019. some more events will probably added as I go through the year

running starting in January i have central lancs half marathon in march i have wigan half marathon in april i will be doing manchester marathon again. in october im doing chester marathon just so i have some focus after ironman

cycling events i will be doing cheshire cat bike ride thats 108 mile in march.
In have signed up to tour de manc 100 mile round all areas of Greater Manchester

in june i will be doing wigan bike ride thats 50 mile and july possibly manchester to blackpool depending on when it is

triathlons i only have  sprint triathlon, 400m swim 11 mile bike 5krun  and Ironman uk confirmed so far. Ironman distance is 2.4 mile swim 112 mile bike ride and then a marathon to finish with a 17 hour time limit. i need to finish this and get it off my back and just have a good race. i have the support behind me and have added motivation now hoping for about 12 hours.
I also have St. Helens triathlon and oulton park duathlon to do before Chester marathon
